Christopher McNicholas focuses primarily on employment issues, commercial litigation, land use, and public policy. Mr. McNicholas has worked for the firm in various capacities since 2007 and gained experience with various facets of defending employment issues, general litigation issues, complex commercial issues, land and lease issues, and high profile public policy matters. Mr. McNicholas is a contributor to the Rocky Mountain Appellate Blog.
Mr. McNicholas received a J.D. from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in 2010. He received a bachelor’s of science in business administration, emphasizing in business management from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business in 2002. While in law school, Mr. McNicholas was a senior editor for the University of Denver Water Law Review, and served on the Moot Court Board as Treasurer.
Mr. McNicholas joined Hale Westfall, LLP as an attorney in 2011. Prior to joining Hale Westfall, Mr. McNicholas served as a manager at a large national bank, where he oversaw several areas of retail banking and relationship management.
